    Who we are

    Seconds Out boxing was originated from a group of UK experienced boxing coaches, who decided to build a safer than normal sport boxing training program. This would be easy to follow, safe and based more on skill than power. This gives all SO Boxing participants a more enjoyable and 5 star rated experience on their big night, whilst raising £1,000’s for a charity of their choice.
